The ABC Board Data Processing Division provides services to the various divisions of the ABC Board. This series includes two types of monthly computer printouts dealing with both stock and cash accountability of the ABC stores. The Stock Accountability Report provides information about store number and location, days opened for that month, bottles sold, retail sales, wholesales, special order sales, breakages, shortages, overages, and total value of merchandise in stock at the ending date. The Cash Accountability Report lists store number, wholesale discount, sales tax, cash received for the special order, cash short/over, and net cash deposits.
